We are looking for an experienced PM able to organize, unite and inspire the team! Requirements:

• 1,5+ years of experience in IT project management
• Experience in agile development methodologies, frameworks Agile (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and Waterfall ( PMBoK, Prince, etc.)
• Strong communication, time management, people management, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of project business strategies
• Work in small, highly skilled, and efficient team
• Project management experience of mobile and web development
• At least intermediate written and spoken English skills
• Technical experience is highly desirable

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring full-cycle project management from business idea to the successful delivery
• Decomposition of task, analysis of requirements and achieving targets according to sprint goals
• Project estimation planning and setting deadlines
• Issue resolution, change request management, risk management, and release management
• Monitoring project progress, team performance on a regular base and searching for the best decisions which lead to successful solution
• Creating and monitoring of project documentation, plans, and regular reports to the main stakeholders
• Communication and reporting to the customers
• Participating in strategic planning of the project roadmap with the customers
